We appreciate your business and we will try our best to fill your orders quickly. However, we are sometimes unable to get certain items immediately due to shortages from our suppliers. Any in stock items will be shipped within 24 hr. of receiving your order.

We are happy to send out items on approval but these items must be secured by a credit card and unwanted items returned within 7 days.

Please enclose a cheque or money order with your order. If you wish to pay by Visa or Mastercard, please include card holders name, card number, and expiry date and your signature.

All catalogue prices are in Canadian dollars.

Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. If we run into lengthy delays, we will advise you of this. Delays happen most frequently on items with the prefix “SUF”. All prices are subject to change.

Manufacturer’s colours are not interchangeable. Each manufacturer has different shades of colours. In order to have skirts and blouses match, order them from the same manufacturer. The letters in front of the style number will tell you if they are from the same manufacturer. e.g. blouse MM114 and skirt MM115 are both Malco Modes. We will try to make sure you get skirts and blouses from the same dye lot but this has become increasingly difficult since the suppliers don’t always ship items from the same dye lot, even if they have been ordered at the same time.

Returns must be made within 30 days. Items which have been worn, altered, washed or have the tags removed cannot be returned. If items are defective, please return them immediately. Not following the manufacturers care instructions voids any guarantees.

Shipping and handling are charged on all orders under $200.00 and are not refundable, even if the item(s) are returned.

We carry a wide range of items, most of which are not included in this catalogue so please come and visit us in our shop. We are home based so please call ahead to avoid disappointments.
